Second person of the trinity.
Fully man -- like us in all ways except with respect to sin.
Fully God -- bearing the full nature, essence, will, character, power, and authority of the Godhead.
Born to a virgin in ancient Palestine.
Suffered and crucified under Pontius Pilate, bearing at the cross our blood-guilt, our sin, our shame, our sickness and infirmities.
Raised to life again on the third day by the power of God, demonstrating His victory over Satan, sin, and death.
Ascended to the right hand of the Father, where He makes intercession for us.
He will come back at the end of time, riding a war horse with a tattoo on His leg and a sword coming out of His mouth, to judge the living and the dead.
It is his gospel we preach.
