Willow Creek is sponsoring Reveal, "A Spiritual Growth Conversation", based upon some in-house research they did reflecting on their church's 30 year history:
The book isn't available via Amazon (so, as far as User:Doc is concerned anyway, it doesn't exist), but reports are that it's a worthy read demonstrating a fair amount of humility on Willow's part. Some folks are spinning the project and Bill Hybels' public comments on it as repentance, although some think that's either an uncharitably critical way of looking at it or an inadequately critical acceptance of a luke-warm refinement in methods:
